With FIRMUS Managed CISO Office support, FIRMUS is able to provide support and assistance to the Organisational CISO and Team through a set of pre-determined and discussed responsibilities. The CISO Office will be responsible for maintaining the IT Security posture at the Client and for all IT security governance-related activities at the Client.
The CISO Office Support will report to the Organisational CISO and will be supported by the IT Operations Team. The number of man-days planned for the CISO Support and CISO Team activities is typically from 1 to 3 days a week for one year (this includes time for both the principal consultant and any additional manpower and skill required for any task/activity to be carried out) based on the scope of work.
